Refund Policy

We have a return policy; however, any issue must be reported on the same day of delivery to be eligible for a return.

Returns are only accepted if the item you received is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

You must report the damage on the same day of delivery by contacting us at hyderabadantiquess@gmail.com with clear photos and details of the issue. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

This return policy is applicable only within India.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us on the same day if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are not damaged
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
